Our Christmas Present To You!

Here is one of our most favorite Christmas cookies. Wish we could have you taste them. But since we can't the next best thing would be to share the recipe so you can make them too. Trust us, they are delicious!

Frosted Sour Cream Cookies
Bake at 350 degrees
For 10-12 minutes (until light brown on bottom)

1 cup butter
1.5 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups flour but deduct 1 Tablespoon per cup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix and cream butter and sugar. Add egg, sour cream and vanilla. Mix in baking soda and salt and flour one cup at a time.

If dough gets thick knead a little to mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet and pat down with fingers to make a flat top cookie. Bake until light brown on the bottom. After completely cooled frost and add sprinkles. Enjoy!

Merry Christmas!
